Stayed in a 6-bed male dorm, had the room to myself for 2 nights. Solid beds, large mattresses. Nice facilities, large room. Close to top bars, 24/7 reception. Friendly staff, good breakfast. Clean, quiet, secure, and in a good location.
Felt like it was our own home, no reason to complain.

Nice rooftop with great views of the city. Beds have their own night light and power outlet.- Convenient central location
No backpacker feel/vibe, more like a hotel than a hostel. Poor wifi connection.

Our stay at Hostal De Las Americas was fantastic. The central location allowed us to easily explore all the attractions of the city. The hostel had a beautiful rooftop garden where we could relax and enjoy the view. The bathroom was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable experience. Additionally, the staff was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, helping us with recommendations and making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
While everything exceeded our expectations, we did notice some minor drawbacks. The taps in the room had low water pressure, making tasks like washing hands and brushing teeth a bit challenging.
